We operate our mobile application (the “App”) to provide cashew product ordering and delivery services specifically designed for local college students and nearby employees. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Information Collection and Use

To provide and improve our service, we collect several different types of information for various purposes.

Personal Data

While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). This includes:

• Authentication Data: We allow you to log in using Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. We collect your public Google profile information (name, email address, and profile picture URL) to create and secure your user account.
• Delivery Information: We collect your delivery address or specific location details (such as your campus building, room, or workplace floor) along with a contact phone number to ensure your orders reach you accurately.
• Push Notification Data (Mobile App Only): If you use our Android or iOS app and allow notifications, we collect a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token for your most recently used device. We store only the latest device token linked to your account so we can send you service-related alerts, such as a daily reminder when ordering is available. We do not collect push notification tokens on the web version of the App. Signing out of the mobile app removes the stored token from our systems.

Payment Information

Online Payments: When you place an order, payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We pass your name, email, and phone number to prefill checkout and link the payment to your order. Card numbers, UPI IDs, and other payment credentials are entered directly into Razorpay’s secure checkout and are not stored by us.

Usage & Storage: Payment transaction references (such as Razorpay order and payment IDs) are stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore for order tracking, fraud prevention, and accounting. We do not use payment data for marketing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and process orders.
• Deliver orders to the location and contact details you provide.
• Process payments through Razorpay and maintain order records.
• Send push notifications on Android and iOS when you have granted permission, including daily reminders that ordering is open for the day. These notifications are service-related and are not used for unrelated marketing.
• Improve app reliability, security, and customer support.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party companies to facilitate our service, authenticate accounts, process payments, and securely store data infrastructure. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are strictly obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

• Firebase (Google LLC): We use Firebase Authentication to manage Google Sign-In, Firebase Cloud Firestore to manage your account and order details, Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications on mobile devices, and Firebase Storage for any app-related file storage. • Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited): We use Razorpay to process online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets). Razorpay collects and processes payment and transaction data necessary to complete your order. You can view Razorpay’s Privacy Policy at https://razorpay.com/privacy/.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Account Data: We retain your account info for as long as your profile remains active in the App.
• Push Notification Tokens: We keep only the latest mobile device token while you are signed in on that device. When you sign out, switch accounts, or sign in on a new device, the previous token is removed and replaced with the current device’s token.
• Payment Records: Transaction references and order payment data are retained only as long as necessary to complete internal order reconciliation and satisfy standard financial accounting records.
• Your Rights: You can delete your account from Profile in the App. Deleting your account removes your profile and sign-in credentials. Order records are retained for accounting and fulfilment. Product reviews stay published against the same account id with the display name shown as Anonymous. You can also disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our cashew delivery service is intended strictly for adults, local college students, and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
